TERMINAL BLOCK IN LDPE
Our LDPE terminal blocks have been created and designed to be able to organize large quantities of pipes quickly and easily with a simple installation procedure. We offer various models of terminal blocks so that we can organize most of our tubes. We have in stock terminal blocks for small tubes with an external diameter of 4 mm up to our largest terminal blocks that are able to accommodate tubes with an external diameter of 15 mm. Thanks to the 3mm holes that you can find on each stick of the terminal block, you can fix it securely on any type of surface. The resistance and quality of the terminal blocks make them excellent also in difficult environments having a melting temperature of 108 ° C and a breaking temperature of -75 ° C. We sell the terminal blocks in packs of 5 pieces and each terminal block has 10 sticks which can be easily divided into smaller sections to better organize the management of the pipes.
PIPE CUTTER
Our various sized pipe cutters are great for cutting most of our pipes cleanly and precisely. We offer a wide range of pliers of various sizes, with the smallest pliers capable of cutting tubes up to 12mm in size, and large tube cutting pliers capable of easily cutting tubes up to 26mm outside diameter. We also offer our pliers in two materials: we have plastic pliers, light and comfortable to use, and metal pliers, very strong and durable. The MCTL series interchangeable blade is very strong and easy to remove in case you want to change it.
NOT SINTERED PTFE TAPE
The unsintered PTFE tape is mainly used as a sealing element for threads. Resistant to most of the known chemical compounds and solvents, the PTFE tape can be used in a temperature range between -200 ° C and + 260 ° C. It has a low coefficient of friction and is odorless, tasteless, and insoluble. The tape is normally packaged in plastic reels. It is made up of virgin PTFE resin and is obtained through a process called "Paste Extrusion".
PIPE PROTECTION SPIRALS
HDPE protection spirals are an excellent alternative to multitudes and terminal blocks. The flexible and resistant structure allows to protect bundles of pipes giving the possibility to organize large quantities of pipes in a simple and fast way. We offer various colors that make categorization easy. The pitch of the spirals can vary according to the size; the smaller spirals, with a pitch of 12mm, allow you to insert a total quantity of tubes up to a diameter of 12 / 18mm. The larger spirals with a pitch of 30mm instead allow you to insert a total quantity of tubes that can reach a diameter of 43 / 55mm.
PIPE STRIPPER
The caliper of spellatubo Mebra Plastik is perfect in making the installation of the fast and precise tubes. The durable and strong blade offers a precise cut with each pass making the tube ready to be installed. We offer various types of universal pipe stripping pliers "DS" and "TS" series with diameters ranging from 4, 6 and 8mm for the smallest pliers and 10, 12mm for the largest pliers.
PROTECTIVE CAPS
The protective plastic caps for the pipes are perfect for protecting the ends of the double and triple layer sheathed pipes which, being formed by layers of different materials, may need additional protection in the ends where the pipe is uncovered and exposed to abrasions. We have various types of plastic caps available in packs of 10 and 20 pieces with sizes ranging from covering tubes with an external diameter of 8,10,12 and 14 mm.
CRYSTAL PVC
Smooth crystal PVC pipe in transparent food-grade PVC, phthalate-free, resistant to abrasion, atmospheric agents, and most chemicals.
NET PVC
Flexible ether-based polyurethane hose, light stabilized, and 52 Shore D hardness. We produce it in a range of transparent colors which, in the case of liquids, allow us to observe the passage of the fluid.
PEROXIDE SILICONE
Extruded silicone tube in a neutral color and 60 ShA hardness. Catalyzed peroxide, particularly suitable for the passage of aggressive fluids.
