The Pulsaris 300 is the perfect partner for the production of dies, engravings, labels, and complex, fine structures. The Pulsaris 300 impresses with its compact and ergonomic design. The LANG laser machine Pulsaris 300 allows the
tool-free and contactless engraving and marking in hardened and non-hardened steel and other metals and materials. The machine is equipped with a hole matrix table, which allows different clamping methods. With laser
technology, it is possible to achieve the finest structures, which can‘t be obtained by traditional engraving systems. Also, the labeling or engravings of deep areas of your workpiece are possible with this unique laser machine.

2. Pulsaris 800

The Pulsaris 800 is the perfect partner for the production of dies, engravings, labels, and complex, fine structures. Cubic, as well as cylindrical workpieces, can be manufactured with the LANG laser machine Pulsaris 800 and it allows the tool-free and contactless engraving and marking in hardened and non-hardened steel and other metals and materials. With laser technology, it is possible to achieve fine structures, which are not possible with a traditional engraving system. Also, the labeling or engravings of deep areas of your workpiece are possible with this unique Laser machine.

3. RM 500S Laser

High tech to the highest standards - LANG RM 500S Laser. Where you reach the limits of milling due to tool geometry, there comes our RM laser model in play. With a fiber laser with 1 064 nm wavelength, delicate small structures can be put into practice. Contrary to conventional methods, the laser works contactless, without any mechanical forces, and without tool abrasion. Other advantages of this quite new technology are geometrical flexibility and high accuracy.
Irrespective of material hardness, this technology can be applied. All our experience in RM machines in the past is integrated with this unique machine. This machine is based on a granite portal as well and is to a large extent comparable with the other RM machines. Servodrives and glass scales provide continuous closed-loop feedback operation and correction.

4. LGT-S Laser

The LGT-S Laser is a special high-precision laser engraving machine for tire sidewall molds. All the know-how LANG has gained from the conventional production of tire sidewall molds and the experience with laser engraving technology in other industries is combined in the LGT-S Laser. A powerful laser beam replaces the usual high-frequency spindle. The machine body is a heavy-duty, torsions free, tubular steel construction filled with a vibration-reducing compound to ensure extremely high stability. The maintenance-free fiber laser guarantees a fast processing time and the highest accuracy. Thus, high-resolution surfaces for an eye-catching design and safety features can be realized. Maintenance costs and times are reduced by a self-cleaning exhaust system

 

The compatibility with the LANG LGT-S machines and software ensures short training and set-up times. Workpieces can be easily changed between milling and laser machines without time-consuming measuring because of using the same software. As a result, the user can optimally exploit the high speed of the milling machine and the high precision of the laser machine

A bundle with digitizing- and output software together with a high-end control software specially designed for this specific production branch are included as standard.
