POLYURETHANE 98 MB-LONGLIFE® SPIRAL
Spirals in ester-based polyurethane of the MB-LONGLIFE® series. Their excellent kink resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and exceptional working memory make them the ideal choice for projects that require repeated hose bending and twisting.
POLYURETHANE 98 ANTISTATIC
Flexible, low pressure, light-stabilized, triple-layer, ester-based polyurethane hose 98 ShA. Its multilayer structure is made up of an internal and an external layer of dissipative polyurethane (antistatic) with surface electrical resistivity <= 10 ^ 6 Ohm according to ISO 8031: 2009 (E) and an intermediate layer of polyurethane which gives the product high mechanics. Suitable for use in ATEX environment, group 2, category 2/3 G&D, installation zones 1, 2.
POLYURETHANE 1190 EXTRAFLEX
Our 1190 EXTRA FLEX polyurethane tubing combines strength and longevity, with excellent flexibility and kink resistance. Furthermore, the ether base offers protection from microbial attacks and can therefore be installed in humid environments or in contact with water.
POLYURETHANE 1185 EXTRAFLEX
It is the softest polyurethane that we work among the standards we offer and it is one of those products that makes its way by itself, convincing those who decide to try it. Extremely flexible , resistant to abrasion , it does not fear bending and twisting and is well resistant to microbial attacks and hydrolysis.
POLYURETHANE FABUTHANE® 54
Flexible ether-based polyurethane hose, light stabilized and hardness 54 Shore D. Food grade suitable for contact with solid and liquid foods. We produce it in a range of transparent colors which, in the case of liquids, allow you to observe the passage of the fluid.
HEAT-SEALED MULTI-PIPE
The heat-sealed polyurethane multi-tube is made with a proprietary welding process technique that fixes the tubes permanently while allowing individual tubes to be separated quickly and easily, leaving no residue. Standard products consist of tubes with different colors and shapes defined as follows, but custom solutions allow you to choose colors in any combination, mix different diameters and combine them in almost any configuration.

Flexible ether-based polyurethane hose, light stabilized, and 52 Shore D hardness. We produce it in a range of transparent colors which, in the case of liquids, allow us to observe the passage of the fluid.
POLYURETHANE 1190 EXTRAFLEX SPIRAL
Our ether-based polyurethane spirals of the 1190 EXTRAFLEX series, in addition to being resistant to hydrolysis and microbial attack, ensure excellent abrasion resistance and an exceptional memory, which promotes good resistance to excessive stretching, twisting, and repeated push-ups.
POLYURETHANE 1185 CRT
Multilayer tube consisting of an internal and an external layer of ether-based polyurethane resistant to hydrolysis and microbial attack and a weft of high modulus PET yarn interwoven with rhombic mesh for maximum sealing. The outer layer is antistatic and lubricated for better sliding between the coils inside the hose reels. It is a product with exceptional abrasion resistance that is not afraid of bending and twisting.
SPARK-PROOF SINGLE-LAYER POLYURETHANE
Tube in polyurethane ether based self-extinguishing UL94 V2 flexible. The high thicknesses of the articles in this series guarantee good protection in the event of accidental and occasional contact with sparks or incandescent welding slag.

POLYURETHANE 1198 MDT
The use of metal detectors for the detection of potential contaminants of the product being processed is a common expedient in the phases of transport and processing of food . Our R&D department has studied, in collaboration with prestigious companies in the sector, the 1198 MDT polyurethane hose which, thanks to the use of specific additives, is able to be detected by the control machines.

Standard products consist of tubes with different colors and shapes defined as follows, but custom solutions allow you to choose colors in any combination, mix different diameters and combine them in almost any configuration.
The term polyurethane encompasses a vast family of products with the most varied characteristics in terms of mechanical, chemical, and physical properties. Through the correct choice and proportion of polyols and diisocyanates, it is possible to switch from soft and soft products, such as flexible foams with very low density (cushions, mattresses, etc.), to products with high resistance to compressive and bending stresses for sports applications such as trekking, skiing, etc. The main distinction to be taken into consideration, in order to have a guideline, on the characteristics of polyurethane concerns its chemical nature, i.e. whether it is an ester or ether base. There is also a third family of polyurethane on the market deriving from the synthesis of caprolactone which has intermediate characteristics between polyester and polyether.
